Abstract Three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting is a versatile technique for biomedical applications, and includes organ printing, 3D disease model development, drug delivery. The bioprintable materials combined with live cells have been utilized as bioinks in bioprinter to fabricate printed structures. structures developed smart responsive can change their dimension, similar self-assembly, unfolding new branch termed four-dimensional (4D) printing. This manuscript reviews the details of various printers, application printing biomedicine, materials, stimulations 4D Further, this article also summarizes regulatory issues limitations involved bioprinting. advancements technology significantly contributed medical field, adequate research amalgamation engineering science ideas will strengthen bring solution existing problems.
